It essentially checks out the meat for any traces of pathogens and if any are found, it destroys them. This method is lab-tested to be more than 99.9% effective, which is great, but we like to go the full 9 yards.
Next we apply a 2nd 100% organic solution on the meat which not only kills any potential pathogens that survived the first application, but also creates an environment where bacteria cannot grow.
