Feeding guide

A great dog food recommended by vets for dogs with allergies.

Q: How much of Mrs. Meadys' healthy natural raw cat or dog food should I feed my pet?

A. You should feed your dog or cat  between 2 -3% of its body weight on a daily basis. For example, if your pet weighs 20 pounds, you’d feed it about 1/2 pound of Mrs. Meadys' premium raw food a day.

2.5% x 20 pounds = 1/2 pound daily

Q: What is the right product mix for my dog or cat?

A. Many dog owners who have their dogs on natural raw diets feed their pets 70% meat and 30% vegetable products. Depending on the needs of your dog, you can adjust your meat – vegetable mix accordingly.

Mrs. Meadys frozen vegetable products can also be used as a healthy, low-cal treat to give your dog.

A. the best products for cats are chicken, fish and turkey. Since is a cat is a 95% carnivore, there is no need to feed it vegetables, but you can complete its diet with any number of supplements available at your local pet food retailer.
